New Job Here In Kansas City

So it feels like we have been in limbo all summer. We moved here to Kansas City for a couple months while Scott worked and helped oversee the sale of the company to another. The new company offered Scott a job and so we will be staying here longer. Its a great opportunity and there is a lot of potential to grow with the new company.
We are going to be signing a lease at a different apartment on Friday, so we will be moving again this weekend. Thankfully it is only across town and not across the country. That will entail packing the small amount of stuff we have been living with here because we thought it was temporary and also making a trip to Oklahoma City to get the rest of our stuff soon. Just wanted to keep everyone updated with our plans since we finally made some decisions.

Like Father Like Son

I decided to post some pictures about my boys today. I love this first one. Dallin loves to wear his sunglasses and hat just like Daddy does.

I also thought this was adorable and post worthy. I got called into the bathroom the other day to show me this. Dallin wanted shaving cream on his face like Scott. I will be able to look back on this day when he is older when Scott really teaches him how to shave. I love my boys!!

Children's Farmstead

With Dallin's love of animals we thought we would take him to see some at a farm. They had a few more animals than at Mema and Papa's farm. The farmstead we visited is a beautiful 12 acre plot of land with several animals and activities for kids. We saw turkeys, chickens, goats, cows, pigs, bobcats, bald eagle, hawk, horses, ducks, swans, and buffalo. Dallin was moooing and quacking all the way through the park. There was a fishing pond, pony rides, wagon rides, and mining. It sure was hot, but we had a great time seeing everything.
