Cordon Bleu Burgers
If you know me very well at all you know that I love Rachael Ray. I have made some of her recipes before and they have always turned out great or I have used one of her recipes to better one of my own. I was in the mood for something a little different and decided to try one of her burger recipes. It was a total success in our house. I LOVED it and Scott gave me one of the best compliments ever. He said, "This is just like we went out to dinner." He always praises me for my cooking and eats everything I make because he is such a wonderful husband and not a picky eater, but when he said that it just made my day. Thanks to my good pal Rachael Ray. I am excited to try more of her burger recipes because there are so many.

We're Still Alive
I have totally neglected our blog this month. Just wanted to let you know we are all doing fine and trying to keep up with everything that is happening. The weather is still freezing cold but at least we are seeing some sunny days which has been nice.
Earlier this month Scott was gone to Reno, NV for 4 days participating in a Heavy Civil Construction Competition. There were about 30 students total from BYU-Idaho that went and competed on 7 different teams. He had fun and was also able to attend a job fair with about 60 big construction companies that were there. Scott handed out several (over 20) resumes and was able to get some good experience from the trip. Hopefully we will hear back from some of the companies on some possible job opportunities. As of now we don't know if or when we will be moving after graduation in April.
Dallin and I survived while Scott was gone on his trip. I kept myself busy with some projects plus Dallin is enough to keep me busy all the time. He has been getting 2 more of his molars so he hasn't been sleeping well. And he is definitely more picky about what he eats which is normal for his age. I am just trying to be more creative with what food I offer him so that he is still getting the healthy food he needs.
We will keep you informed about our future plans and if we are moving as we know more ourselves.
