Family Pictures

It was time for family pictures again and Dallin needed some 1 year pictures taken. A special thanks to our friend Kyla for taking them for us. We really appreciate it. They turned out great!!

Our Little Man!

Here is our little man in his finest moments. He is just so handsome, and I love all of these wonderful pictures. We wanted to share with all of you so you can see how our little boy is growing up.

Fun Date Night

We had a fun date night on Friday night. We decided to check out a new place in Rexburg called "The Craze Fun Zone". They have mini golf, laser tag, arcade games, and food. We had a good time playing mini golf and the arcade games trying to rack up tickets. The mini golf is an indoor glow in the dark course that was really fun. That is why the picture is so dark and hard to see.

Our favorite part was watching Dallin ride this horse. He absolutely loved it!!! And when it stopped he kicked it and started bouncing on it trying to make it start again.

Dallin's First Birthday!!!!

Dallin turned 1 on Sunday!! We celebrated on Saturday with family and friends. Thank you to Mema and Papa for coming all the way from Arkansas and Grandpa and Grandma Smith for making the trip from Utah to celebrate Dallin's special day with us. He wasn't too sure about digging into his cake at first, but he got the hang of it. We hope you enjoy all the pictures.

It is hard for us to believe that our little man is already a year old. He is such a blessing in our lives, and we love having him in our family. We love you Dallin!!!

Dallin's Hair

We have been wanting to get Dallin's hair cut for awhile now because it was just getting out of control. I took some pictures at bath time before we cut it so you could see how long it was, and he was being very smiley for the camera that day. The second picture is my favorite with his crazy hair!!

Dallin was perfect while getting his hair cut. He just sat in the chair and played with the water bottle. Candace said he was the easiest hair cut she had ever cut on a baby that age.

I think he looks so grown up now and he still has his curls on top. Here is what it looks like now.

Our Garden

We planted a smaller garden this year. We planted tomatoes, zucchini and our strawberries from last year have doubled in size. I can't go a summer without zucchini. It's my favorite and its easy to grow.

Scott picks a bowl full of strawberries every couple of days. It's not a lot but its enough for us.

I also made some super yummy zucchini bread. Thanks Mom and Tonya for the recipe.

Labor Day Camping Trip

We went camping again this past weekend for the holiday weekend with family that came up from Utah. We had a great time fishing and playing games. Dallin really loved being inside the tent and bouncing on the air mattress. We camped right on the river and our tent was literally just a few feet away from the water. It was a fun way to spend time before Scott starts his last semester this week.
